When you try to login to a Mizzou Webwork course, if you get the error message "Your authentication failed," it usually means one of three things.
Incorrect login ID. Your login is your pawprint and must be in all lower-case. Your email address is of the form pawprint@umsystem.edu . You only login with the pawprint, not the full email address.
Incorrect password. Your password is case-sensitive and must be typed exactly as you would to login to Canvas or myZou.
You need to change your password. The university requires students change their password once per year, otherwise you start getting locked out of university systems. Change your password here: https://www.umsystem.edu/ums/is/infosec/secure_authentication_toolkit
